Ergon Deli

This is not a drill… Ergon Deli’s pancakes are some of the best we’ve ever had. As you can see, they do look beautiful, but the incredible flavors overtake any importance that the presentation may contribute. The pancakes themselves are perfect (light and fluffy), layered with whipped greek yogurt which balances the sweetness of the honey, and topped with crunchy granola and raspberries for the crucial element of freshness. They really cracked some secret pancake code with this unique combo of ingredients.

Moving on from the pancake rant, the eggs on toast with bacon and avocado were also delicious, as each ingredient was very obviously of the highest quality. The atmosphere is perfect for a weekend breakfast, brunch, or lunch, with an extensive menu selection along with great takeaway options from the bakery/pastry section.

Although the location is very central (right near Oxford Circus/Soho), Ergon Deli’s environment is breathable and relaxing making it perfect for a convenient meetup with friends.
