Honey & Spice

We know that London can get pretty crazy. And sometimes, all you have time for is a to-go lunch. We don’t know about you, but we’ve had some difficulty finding places around central London that offer quick, healthy, and satisfying meals. Which is why Honey and Spice was a gem to discover. They offer a variety of Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, sides and pastries offered on a buffet-style table. Upon the first bite, we could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients, and after our last bite, we were full, nourished, and ready to continue with our day.

Our recommendations:

We pretty much tried every platter, from the chickpea stew to pita bread to eggplant with tahini — all delicious.

BTW, if you enjoy cooking at home, Honey and Spice is also a specialty grocery store with spices and ingredients you will die to get your hands on.
